Any dispute over privacy between customer and AM Funding, LLC is subject to the provisions of this notice and to AM Funding, LLC’s Terms of Use Agreement which is hereby incorporated herein as an integral part of this Privacy Policy with regard to the provisions covered by the Terms of Use.
